To install the intradisk firmware its strongly recommended to exactly follow the next steps. These steps can only be done in the described order. After every action a new button is displayed to be clicked for the next action.
| In advance to the update, ensure the following: o In plugins→general all Plugins are switched to their default settings and all changes are stored by pressing “Commit Changes/Submit” + “Make Changes Permanent/Save All” ! o Don’t overwrite newer Firmware with an old one, this is not tested and may result to undetermined behaviour. o Make shure you made a Backup of all important data to be sure nothing important will be lost |
| o No other user is accessing the device over the network during update process! o Switch of the device for some seconds and reboot it again! o Make absolutely sure that no mains interruption happens to the power supply! (e.g. Check all connectors...)! o No network Access happens during update (e.g. switch of all other unneeded computers and clients)! o Absolutely no configuration changes have been done since the last reboot! |
